Face Painting Face paint is a fun way to use art to make your imagination come to life. Weather you are young or old it's a great way to bring extra life to your party or event!
I provide several options:
Safety & Quality Safety and quality is important in all of the services we provide. With face paint it is even more important as we are using the same products multiple times. Our brushes and sponges are cleaned regularly with antibacterial soap. Additionally, we use a Brush Sanitation mixed in distilled water to rinse our brushes during an event. At the artist's discretion, for the safety of every person being painted, we won't paint skin with any kind of condition such as conjunctivitis, cuts, sunburn, or other rash. If the face is dirty we will ask that it be cleaned before painting will occur. If you have sensitive skin, please request a patch test before painting. We use the BEST products that money can buy from reputable suppliers such as Silly Farm, The Apron Boutique, and Henna Caravan. Face paint isn't paint. It's technically a cosmetic makeup specifically for skin. We use only FDA approved face / body paint for the skin because we are committed to the safety of our clients. These water based formulas are specifically designed to be hypo-allergenic, gentle and easy to remove with mild soap and water. The brands we use are TAG, FAB, and Ben Nye. Warning: Some people may use acrylic craft paint which is dangerous it can be harmful, it can peel, and it can stain by getting stuck in the pores of your skin. Any time you are getting you or your child's face painted, please make sure the artist is using cosmetic face paint and not acrylic or tempera paint. |
